Bay Laurel - 1 Gallon

The laurel, or bay, is cultivated primarily for its foliage, called bay leaves, which are used as a seasoning in cooking. Producing yellow flowers and a black fruit. Bay prefers semi-shaded areas with fertile, well-drained soils. The order has a long fossil history, with specimens similar to plants of several living genera having been found in rocks more than 65 million years old.
